These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Value Profit Trading FZCO (“Value Profit”, “we”, “us”), located in Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing this website or purchasing any services provided by the company, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or any services offered by the company.

2. Nature of the Services

5. AI Learning Tools

Our AI-powered tools generate answers automatically. The answers may be incomplete or incorrect, are general educational information, and are not financial advice or a recommendation to take any action.

You should not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the tools, and you should verify anything important with a qualified advisor.

6. Eligibility and Restrictions

By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that:

Our services are not offered where they would be unlawful, or to persons or countries subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States or the United Arab Emirates.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices range from USD 300 to USD 5,000 and are listed in US dollars (USD). If checkout is in another currency, the exact amount and currency are shown before you pay. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another authorized payment service provider shown at checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us.

You receive a receipt by email for every payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to the price and payment terms presented during checkout.

8. Memberships and Automatic Renewal

A membership gives access for the period stated at checkout. Before you pay, we show you the price, the length of the period and whether the membership renews automatically.

If a membership renews automatically:

• It renews for the same period and price unless we notify you of a change in advance
• We send you a reminder by email before each renewal
• You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date by email or phone, without giving a reason
• After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for

If the price of a renewing membership changes, we notify you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.

9. Instalment Plans

Some programs can be paid in instalments. The total price, the number of instalments, the amount of each instalment and the payment dates are shown at checkout before you pay.

An instalment plan spreads the payment of a program whose total price you agreed to at checkout. Stopping future instalments does not cancel the amount agreed, except where a refund or right of withdrawal applies under section 11.

If an instalment payment fails, we notify you by email and the payment may be retried. Access may be paused until the outstanding instalment is paid.

10. Delivery and Access

All services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically. Access details, dates and joining links are sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.

11. Refunds, Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of educational materials and online programs, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

You are always entitled to a refund if you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or if we are unable to deliver the service you paid for.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. 12. Promotions and Free Consultations

The conditions of any discount, promotion or offer, including how long it lasts and the price that applies afterwards, are shown together with the offer.

Free consultations are free of charge and do not oblige you to purchase anything.

13. Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.

14. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Value Profit Trading FZCO, including but not limited to:

• Presentations
• Documents
• Educational materials
• Course content

is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without written permission from the company.

15. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share or distribute educational materials or login details without authorization
• Misuse the services provided, including the AI tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or platforms

We may suspend or end access after a serious or repeated breach of these rules. In that case, no refund is given for the remaining period, except where required by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Value Profit Trading FZCO shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Economic decisions made by users
• Any outcomes resulting from the use of educational materials or AI tools

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Modifications

Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made. For renewing memberships, material changes are notified by email before they take effect.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply.
