Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases of online courses, online seminars and workshops, educational presentations, one-to-one sessions, AI-powered educational tools and memberships from Value Profit Trading FZCO. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prices range from USD 300 to USD 5,000 and are paid either once or as a membership for a fixed period. The price, the currency, the membership period and any renewal or instalment plan are shown to you at checkout before you pay.

2. Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Online courses: access details are sent to the email used at checkout.
• Seminars and workshops: the date, time and joining link are sent by email.
• One-to-one sessions: held online at the time you book.
• AI tools and memberships: access details are sent to the email used at checkout, and access lasts for the period stated at checkout.

If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of educational materials and online programs, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Regardless of the above, you are entitled to a full refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
• You were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout
• We are unable to deliver the service you paid for, for example if a seminar is cancelled by us and you do not accept an alternative date
• You were charged for a membership renewal after cancelling it in time
• You withdraw from the purchase under section 4

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days before the amount appears on your statement.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason.

• Digital content and access (courses, AI tools, memberships): at checkout you may ask for access to start immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has been provided. If you do not, you keep the right of withdrawal for the full 14 days.
• Services (seminars and one-to-one sessions): if you ask for a service to start within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for the part already provided. Once a service has been fully provided at your request, the right of withdrawal ends.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email or phone before the 14 days have passed.

5. Cancellation

Booked sessions: you can cancel or reschedule a booked session using the link in your booking confirmation email, or by contacting us before the session starts.

Memberships: a membership gives access for the period stated at checkout. If a membership renews automatically, we email you a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date by email or phone. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payment plans: if you chose to pay in instalments, the full price of the program was agreed at checkout, and the instalment plan is a way of spreading that payment. Stopping future instalments does not cancel the amount agreed, unless a refund or right of withdrawal applies under sections 3 or 4.

Free consultations: free consultations can be cancelled at any time without cost.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email or call us with:

• Your full name and the email address used at checkout
• The date and amount of the payment
• What you would like to cancel or have refunded

We confirm receipt and reply within 3 business days.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we have the chance to resolve the issue directly. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
